Key:

N: Name of the exercise

A: Adjustment length of the TRX

P: Position relative to the anchor

S: Starting posture

M: Movement cues

R: Return cues to starting posture.

N: TRX triceps press

A: Mid-length

P: SFA

S: Extend arms in front of your shoulders, palms down, on the balls of your feet, with legs together.

M: Keep your elbows up and in front of shoulders, lower body down until your thumbs are next to temples.

R: Drive through palms, extend arms and maintain plank.
