Alleged Wreckage of MQ-1 Drone in Syria

Charred wreckage emerges of U.S. drone shot down by Syrian military near Assad's stronghold in the first attack on American aircraft since start of airstrikes against ISIS. U.S. officials said military controllers lost contact with the MQ-1 Predator drone at around 9.40am GMT, 17 March over north-west Syria.
