SAS 2012: Arming Small UAVs

ATK displayed its new, compact munition that's designed to be carried by small unmanned aerial vehicles at the Navy League's Sea, Air and Space show in Maryland. The 60mm bomb features folding fins and rear stableizers and is designed to be carried by platforms such as the ScanEagle UAV up to the Predator. It provides a low-collateral damage alternative to the Hellfire missiles typically carried on a Predator, ATK officals maintain.
