Continuing its domination of the snake eater market, Crye Precision is intended to be the sole source for a big order from the Marine Corps Special Operations Command for Flame Resistant Organizational Gear.
The notice posted on FedBizOpps calls for a sole source order of 950 sets of FROG gear per year for five years...That's a hell of a contract.
We posted a few months ago that the Corps was looking for the G3 uniform for its special operator cadre and updated Kit Up! readers on the company's contract with the Australian government. This latest bit of intel just keeps the momentum going on the Crye World Domination tour.
Now for that pesky Army camo project...?
