Sean Mclain Brown worked as a journalist for the Pasadena Star News and other newspapers as a contributor. After, he worked in broadcast radio where he earned awards for his writing from the National Association of Broadcasting. He now covers veteran and military hero stories, veteran jobs and business, and Military.com's fitness channel. His writing has appeared in more than 50 publications including: The San Francisco Chronicle, The Pasadena Star News, Sierra Madre News, San Francisco Magazine, Indiana Review, and others. He is a Marine Corps veteran who served during the Gulf War as a plane captain on the AV8B Harrier.
