Dear Ms. Vicki,
I have been speaking to a man who says he is in Stuttgart, Germany, and says he wants to come back to the U.S. to meet me on leave. He asked me to go to a website to send in a request for him to visit me so that he can be granted leave.
I need to know if this is a legitimate URL or something that will possibly open a virus that can steal my online information? The URL he said I should go to is [redacted].
What is the process to request that a soldier be granted leave to come home? He has never asked me for any money. Thank you for your help.

Dear Curious,
There's an old saying: "Curiosity killed the cat." He is not legit.
It appears the more I warn women against this scam, the more letters I receive from women with the same scenario as yours asking me if this is real or a scam.
This is a scam. If I were you, I would cease all conversation with this person. Hope this helps.
