Salomon Forces new Guardian tactical boot now meets the U.S. Army AR 670-1 requirements for wear with the new Operational Camouflage Pattern uniform.

"The Guardian is a lightweight, high-performance boot built for traction, marching comfort, and durability," according to Optactical.com.

"This 8 inch duty boot not only fits the general uniform dress code but also outperforms other brands to give you lasting comfort and stability in field environments."

The Guardian features a Nubuck Leather Upper, anti-debris mesh and a lightly padded collar. It has an EVA footbed, gusseted tongue and high-traction Contagrip.

The Guardian comes in coyote brown as required by the Army to blend better with the OCP uniform.

The new Salomon Forces boots retail for $159.95.
