TROY, Mich. -- the industry leader in consumer savings merchant promotions -- today announced that Entertainment and Military Advantage will give soldiers returning from Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) the gift of savings with free one-year subscriptions to the Military Advantage Discount Club.

Best known for the popular Entertainment(R) book and its industry-leading savings website, http://www.entertainment.com , the company offers a co- branded online savings subscription -- called the Military Advantage Discount Club -- to all Military.com members. Military.com offers resources to the more than 30 million Americans with military affinity, including Active Duty personnel, Reservists, Guard Members, Veterans and family members.

This discount club, which includes an online membership and a membership card for significant savings on travel, normally costs $29.95 a year.

Soldiers returning to Schofield Barracks, located on Oahu in Hawaii, will have an opportunity to register for free memberships at an Entertainment/Military.com tent set up near the point at which they disembark. More than 10,000 U.S. soldiers from both Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom are slated to return to this, Hawaii's largest U.S. Army post, throughout the coming weeks.

"We all have such a tremendous amount of gratitude and respect for all of these men and women who have made so many sacrifices to keep Americans safe," said Alan Bittker, president and CEO of Entertainment Publications. "Giving each of these returning soldiers an opportunity to save money on all the things they love to do now that they're back in the states is just a very small way for us to say thank you."
