ISIS Sniper Fires 23mm Explosive Projectile

Islamic Front militants battle Syrian regime forces in Aleppo. The sniper is allegedly firing a 23mm explosive projectile, almost making a direct hit on a Syrian soldier. Images have also been recently posted online showing ISIS militants with a 10 foot long sniper rifle that can fire 23mm caliber ammunition.
