If you are being evacuated, you may not have to get a referral from your primary care manager to see a TRICARE authorized provider. This is also known as a blanket referral waiver. A list of counties affected is available on the TRICARE website. To obtain care, find a TRICARE authorized provider in the area where you are evacuated to schedule an appointment. If you were displaced due to Hurricane Michael, you can change to a new primary care manager (PCM) in your local area immediately. You will need to contact Humana Military at 1-800-555-5445 to make this change.
