The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has announced that thousands of low-income veteran families will continue to receive benefits under the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. These veterans, who are permanently housed or transitioning to permanent housing, will continue to have access to crucial services with the funding of approximately $326 million in grants. SSVF funding will be awarded to 252 nonprofit organizations in all 50 states. For a list of applicants that will be awarded grants and more information about the SSVF Program, visit the VA Homeless Veterans webpage.
