May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. Exercise, in all different forms, benefits your health. Here are several tips to start an exercise regimen: (1) choose a physical activity that you enjoy; (2) make long-term and short-term goals; (3) start small and gradually increase intensity or duration; (4) find support to keep you on track and motivated; (5) make time in your schedule for exercise; and (6) sit less.
